Convert Drives From Dynamic To Basic

    Hi,

I did something two days ago without thinking it through and would now like to undo it.

I have three hard-drives with Windows Ten on the C drive.

I saw that my E drive was 90% full but I had plenty of free space on my F drive.

For whatever stupid reason, I was thinking of partitions and not drives.

So I used a program to move empty space from the E to the F drive.

And it did it, but it turned the E and F drives into Dynamic drives which I don't want.

I like to clone a couple of times a week and my program can't clone dynamic drives.

I'd prefer to do what I should have done in the first place, just move some files from the E to F drive.

So how do I get back to where I was?

Any help would be much appreciated.

What program did you use? You should be able to use the same program to revert the drives back to Basic.

    This is impossible.

    Which is impossible?

To return to the previous state or convert the basic disks to dynamic disks?

I didn't want to post program for fear of advertising.

    Program is Ease US

    My version does allow "undo".

It's impossible to move free space from one drive to another.
    Use the program's Undo feature.

With all due respect, would I be here if there was an undo button? ;-)

If you select and right click the dynamic disk in EaseUS, do you have the option to convert to a basic disk?
