convert lotus notes to excel format?

I don't have Lotus notes but I have lotus notes 123 file that I would like to view. Would anyone know what/how to open the 123 files to view them?

I haven't used it in years, and then it was to convert PDF files to Office Word documents. It worked great, and is free (up to a certain size or number of files). I have no idea if it works with Lotus files, but it works with just about everything so I think you'll be OK.
