A friend has a bunch of docs created with Corel's WordPerfect Office 2002; he used Quattro Pro 10 for the .qpw files and Word Perfect for the .wpd files. I saw another thread here about converting the WordPerfect docs to Word 2003 and I tried what was suggested at the link, but it didn't work. The same link helped me find info for opening .qpw files with Excel 2003 and that info didn't work either :( Any ideas? Free converters? Links?
    Thanks...

His Windows got trashed beyond repair, but we were able to save the Documents folder before formatting and reloading XP, but he has no Corel CD's; it was pre-installed from the manufacturer (HP).

Have you checked if converter is installed

Download page if you need it

Have not had to convert anything in awhile, for some reason my converter is asking for the disk now, strange but did convert when given the disk .wpd to .doc and kept format. Hope that helps.

Also you could try using the free trial here:
