Cookie Enabling Not Working

    I have this forum site that on one of the forums you have to enter a password in order to access the info. It's sort of a premium service I set up, but the problem is I can't access it because my browser doesn't allow cookies. I have Internet Explorer 6.0. I have tried Allow all Cookies in the Privacy section, and I have it allowing 3rd Party Cookies in the Advanced Section. Why won't it let me access it. These are the things other places have been telling me. What should I do?
