Copy & Paste not working right.

    I have an EMachine, Windows7, 500GB computer. I have about 200 GB of free space. Most of my usage is in My Music. The problem I have is that whenever I right click on either copy or paste the curser starts spinning in a circle and sometimes at the top it will say "not responding" before it copies or pastes. It only lasts a few seconds, but, it is very annoying. Is there anything I can do?
