   What version Blackberry is it?
   
   Are these photos deleted or just still saved on the BB?
   
   Have you had this phone connected to a PC via the Blackberry Desktop Manager app? if so then try this http://helpblog.blackberry.com/2011/11/copy-share-blackberry-photos/
   
   But you may need to pop a SIM in the phone and transfer the pics via email.
