Copying Adobe Flash Player Files

    Greetings and this seems like a great place to get questions addressed. My first question is it possible to copy Adobe Flash Player files?

    I have Real Player and have had great success in copying many different vids that are of interest but have been unsuccessful in copying Adobe Flash Player files. What is the secrete to doing that?

    What is the extension on the file?
    I have flv files which are flash files and have moved them from computer to USB sticks, sd cards and to other computers with no problems. I think I've even burned them to a data CD.
    I play them using two players: VLC and Sothink flv player.
