corrupted pen drive(autorun.inf) infection

Hi MG!

I was recently cleaned from a malware infection, located on my laptop.

Among the malware, a virus called "3.exe", also infected my pendrive
(see photo).

ATM. I am trying to recover my 2 gb Kingston pen drive, but I have no idea as of where to start.

+ a lot more files, only a few are not infected.

The one thing that I did, for fear of infecting my laptop again, was to install
a program called "Panda Research USB Vaccine - 1.0.1.4", which unable any application to auto run.

After the installation the 3.exe doesn't appear anymore, but everything else
is still corrupted, and I would like to receive Pro Geek Help, to resolve, repair
and recover the alternated flash drive files.

I accidentally doubled clicked the syshost file, but stopped it immediately in
Windows Task Manager, but it managed to clone itself, still on the flash
drive though.
