CPU/Memory usage per process

Hey,

Lately i have seem to been experiencing spikes in both CPU and Memory usage. I have been using the program Smart RAM to monitor the usage, and i notice when the computer momentarily runs sluggish it corresponds to a spike in the Memory/CPU usage.

I was wondering if there was any program out there that would keep a log of (and possibly graph) the CPU and Memory usage of each process individually. I do not want to monitor the overall usage, as that does not help me determine what might be causing the problem.

I have gone through the READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support, but i still get the CPU and memory spikes.

Any software suggestions?
