CPU SPIKES>>PLEASE HELP

    Ok heres my problem...my cpu usage is at 20-60% constant but the idle is at 99%...I know what the problem is...its my d-link wireless card.
    If I touch the base of the antena the spike stops and I get 0-2 % cpu usage....if I take the antena off I get 0-2% cpu usages but I also get a awful signal...im guessing this has something to do with the antena being grounded or not grounded?...how would I fix this?
