CPU Usage 54% Fan Running Full Speed

This is happening with no programs running!
I just replaced bad memory sticks and solved crash dump issues, but CPU is still being overworked for some reason.
HELP!

 

Ctrl+alt+del, then Task Manager; what process is using the highest amount of CPU?

 

findstr.exe using 50%, all others using zero.

 

Also trying to uninstall EasyTune 6 (gigabyte motherboard program) but uninstall shield wizard opens, runs for about a second, then disappears.

 

Now yours is which may indicate malware.

If it were my computer, I'd head to the malware section.

My 64 bit Win 7 computer has a VMWare virtual XP machine installed, but not running most of the time. I suspect that the problem might be in one of the virtual programs installed. Should I do anything extra, or simply follow the same procedure shown.

 

Follow the procedure shown but mention the fact about VMWare and see what the malware fighters think.
