Don't use this program it comes up as a Adware.Agent Virus or malware or some thing my malwarebytes picked it up as soon as i installed it.So just a warning.

 

Are you referring to CPUCool 8.1.0? If so, then I'm sure Corporal Punishment/Major Attitude should be alerted...

Yes its the new version i downloaded and it cam up as the Adware.Agent just making sure you guys know.I all so let Tim.W know about it.

 

Before we all freak out, contact the author. It might be a false alarm.

 

I don't even know who the author is let alone want too reopen that file.

CPU COOL has been around - Man at least 15 years and I know the guy who writes it. No way- no how it has a virus. The heuristics are probably looking at what the program does and hitting a false positive (sadly, too common these days)
