CQ40-144TU no sound

Hi friends,

I recently bought Compaq laptop CQ40-144TU and installed XP pro on my own. I'm having trouble with sound/audio.
In Hardware > Device Manager , there's yellow question mark (?) against
OTHER DEVICE
AUDIO DEVICE ON HIGH DEFINITION AUDIO BUS

I am unable to find audio drivers on HP support for XP.
Please help..
Also, if someone could temme about difference b/w audio drivers and sound card drivers or are both same?

I've tried updating my drivers with DRIVERMAX. It updated everything but
