Crap cleaner gone funny

when i run ccleaner V1.13.068 it says "Failed to delete.............................................." how do i fix it?

 

nickson2. I use ccleaner V1.13.068 every day without problems.

Can I suggest that you

un-install it,
clean your Registry just in case anything is left behind,
download again from link http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4191.html
then
Install it again,
and run it again.

If that doesn't work you will need help from others as that is all I can think of. Bazza

Well done, nickson2. Un-install, registry clean and re-install works on lots of problems. Remember to backup any data, docs, on that program that is giving you trouble, first. If I can't fix anything easily, usually a re-install works, otherwise I ask the folks at MG. Bazza
