Crashing on every Virus and malware scan.

Hey all having some trouble here. i run Norton internet security and use firefox with no script. not sure how it happened or what is happening but heres my problems.
first my computer would shut down the monitor and then when turning back on windows would hang. this is how my problems started. or when shutting down the computer would just get stuck at shutting down. now when i try and run a virus scan the desktop goes black all icons dissapear and i get the blue screen. this happens when i try and run malwarebytes as well.

ran Roguekiller and i didnt finish reading the instructions first so i had it fix shortcuts and the hosts file before i realized it said not to do that. here is the log and the hijack this log

 

i also ran MGtools

 

i was in safe mode when i ran MGtools.
i had to break down and do a full reset of windows 8. i could not get any scans to complete without a bluescreen and a restart.
