Crashing software - can't figure out why

    Greetings
    I have a piece of software called Guitar Rig, by http://www.native-instruments.com that is continually crashing on load, and I can't figure out why. It crashes immediately, before I can do anything al all.
    I'm running a 1ghz AMD, Asus a7v133 motherboard, and an Audigy Platinum soundcard.

    Are there any diagnostic tools or such that can tell exactly why a program is crashing? Whether is conflicting with something or other?
