Crazy firefox

Hi,
I followed all the directions (1-6) in the FAQ's for removing malware. My hijackthis log is enclosed as attachments. My Firefox browser opens on its own and opens new panes (in the same window) during use - new adware. Thanks for all your help in putting up with us newbies.

Your HijackThis log gives no indication that you actually followed the directions in our tutorial.

You are running HijackThis directly from the zip file, which our tutorial specifically tells you not to do .

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:

When you return to make your next post make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
