Crazy message when using Google

When I try to use Google to do a search, every site that it finds has a short warning written that says "Warning thie site may harm your computer". Has anyone else had this problem? How do I fix it/

Google has implemented a new safety feature that apparently needs some serious tweaking yet. Rest assured it's nothing on your end. Everyone is seeing the same message for ALL search results.

Try an image search and it's a nightmare...while the thumbnails load, clicking an image to go to the site with the image and the page is blocked completely.

Hopefully Google will fix this quickly!:major
