    Hi people,

my dads bought a mini laptop (intel atom, no cd drive)

It DID have a partition drive until he decided to format it.. :cry

Im trying to create a ghost partition that does not require the use of a cd (there is no cd drive on the laptop).

    ie:
Ideally I would like a ghost image on a seperate partition, where if you press F11 (or some key) during boot up, it will restore the image from the ghost drive. (without the use of a cd or usb device)

I have norton 15 (legit), no idea if you can do it using this software..

..any help on this would be awesome! :) hope I havent confused your all haha. (3:19am, bit sleepy)

    Hi sheepondrugs,

This is Mike from the Norton Support Team.

Norton Ghost 15 does not have the ability to make a partition on your drive bootable. However, the Symantec Ghost solution would be able to create a bootable partition for you. Please see the product information in the link below.

    Symantec Ghost suite information

    Thank you,
    Mike
