Cryptsvc MIA!! Help!

    In windows xp sp2:
    I have been receiving error messages in regards to updates, that My cryptography service is not running and the update file is missing.
    In the control panel Under services there is no cryptsvc.
    The Hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\cryptsvc is NOT THERE.

    Does anyone know how I get this back and running? :eek:
