   Hi, I'm new here and I've searched the forums for possible solutions but they appear to be misleading since some of the circumstances are sorta different.
   
   Anyway, 2 days ago i got that blue screen with the cockroach appear on my wallpaper. And then the teatimer showed some running apps like ctfmona.exe and ctfmonb.exe. I'm kinda clueless right now what to do since I'm not so into computers. Hope anyone could help.
