I can't select multiple files with ctrl-click anymore. Ctrl key works fine in other contexts.

Any idea why this might happen?

I've heard that unchecking the "Enable nView Desktop Manager" could be behind this weird problem.

    Greetings, Thor33433.

If I'm not mistaken, the nView Desktop Manager is installed as a Control Panel applet - if it's installed on your machine, you should be able to enable/disable the program from there.

If the nView disable doesn't solve your problem, we'll have to dig deeper - what operating system version and Service Pack # are you running?
