cut and paste stopped working

I think I've done all the attached logs correctly, fingers crossed - my cut and paste is working fine in wordpad, word, publisher, but not in browsers.... I use firefox for work and the paste function suddenly stopped. I have uninstalled firefox and reinstalled old versions, I have done spyware scans, I have uninstalled recent windows updates that were around the same time, all to no avail... I even did a system restore to a couple of days prior, no luck.... When I start the browser up, it will usually let me cut and paste once, then the function stops working, I can cut but not paste.... If I try doing it in internet explorer it works fine, but IE is no good for my work and I do lots of work in html editors on the net on websites and I can no longer do my job.

I work from home and rely on this for employment. Chrome and Iron don't render correctly on the webpages I work on which are icontact and autoresponse plus ... so using another browser is not an option.

If anyone can help I'd be grateful...

Why aren't I seeing any AV program on this system?

Do you know what these are ( if not, delete them):
    c:\documents and settings\Leisa\Application Data\gtopala
    c:\documents and settings\Leisa\Application Data\KompoZer

Additionally, what are these and why are they in your documents folder:
    C:\Documents and Settings\Leisa\My Documents\r193091.exe
    C:\Documents and Settings\Leisa\My Documents\R225247.exe
    C:\Documents and Settings\Leisa\My Documents\R83276.exe

You also need to put ComboFix directly on your desktop or our final cleanup instructions won't work:
    Running from: c:\documents and settings\Leisa\My Documents\ComboFix.exe

Otherwise, your logs look clean, so I suggest that you may need to pursue this in the software forum.

Thanks for helping me. there is no AV on as I uninstalled it to do all the scans, I usually run kaspersky and was running comodo at the time, as kaspersky seemed to be constantly churning on my machine like it was scanning. I know all the files you list, the ones in the my documents folder were ones I just downloaded temporarily - they were a few updated drivers, as updating drivers was one of the steps I tried trying to fix the cut and paste.

I'll put combo fix on the desktop and run it again. Thanks for the help, the problem still exists, I guess I'll end up doing a nuke and pave in the end. I was trying to avoid it but I thank you for your help anyway

I would suggest you post in the software forum before you resort to a reformat. ( You could always try a repair install, or run sfc /scannow if you have your OS cd.)

Avira will be lighter on your system as would Avast.
