cutting down mp3 files

    Hello,

    Is there any software available that will let me cut down an mp3 file. I want to use a mp3 file for my mobile ringtone but the full file is 7.5mb and space is at a premium on my phone. I only need the first 45 seconds of the song. I hoped I could do it in wavelab but it doesn't let me open mp3 files to edit them. Any ideas??
