CyberPower

I've been planning on buying a configured system from CyberPower (Socket AM2 configurator), but my parents (more my mom) are doubtful even though I thought I had sufficient evidence to prove CyberPower is a reputable company with quality products.
For some reason my mom always has to do "the research" (which usually means aimlessly Googling for eight hours a day for at least a week), and because she knows little about computers she doesn't really know what she's doing other than finding reviews and comparing CyberPower to other companies. She just showed me a list of other companies I could buy from. Among these were Alienware, Dell (XPS), Gateway, HP, and a couple others that I know I don't want to buy from because of either the price, limited hardware flexibility, and/or feedback. I respect that she's trying to save me trouble, but I'm sure I've done the research on CyberPower and other companies. I've been to numerous feedback sites (resellerratings, epinions, and a couple others) and reported my finds, yet she's never satisfied. She finds one bad thing and dwells on finding more negative feedback. She keeps reporting things like crappy wiring (I'm getting professional wiring) and loud fans (as long as they work I don't care, but I'm getting liquid cooling). What's funny is that she's reading all these technical things, yet she has no idea what it means!
As for my dad, he knows quite a bit more than my mom, but not quite as much as I in terms of hardware. He's not concerned about the hardware because he's confident I'm making the right decisions, although he did look up a couple components such as the liquid cooling just to check out how they worked, maintenance, and possible problems. He's also done quite a bit of research on CyberPower and other companies, and he's fine with my decision. Oh, the frustration due to a concerned mom. :p
I certainly don't want to build one myself, because that would open a whole new can of worms and I'd be waiting another few months just so my parents could "do the research" on every single thing I'd get, plus I wouldn't have a warranty, and I don't feel too confident on building a system myself because I've never done so before. Asking someone else would make my mom want to do a background check (almost seriously).

So, now that I've finished my ranting, I was wondering if any of you have actually purchased anything from CyberPower, or know of anyone who has, and can report how your/their system(s) has/have been performing. I'd prefer not to be directed to review pages or that sort of thing because I'd like to hear from personal experience, as opposed to relying on the words of random people I don't know who could very well be overdramatic.
And/or, if you have any advice to convince my mom that I know what I'm doing, that would be nice. :p The subject has been debated for over two months now, and I'm pretty sick of it.
    Thanks a lot!!

I'm paying. That's not quite the issue, though, and she's not too concerned about that. :p

I got my pc from Cyberpower. Its the first PC in my sig. The pc has been great, easily upgradeable and everything was done at a extremely decent price. That was 8 months ago, and they have some great deals now with the Am2 and the cheapo 7600gt. You can easily come out with a nice rig if you configure it correctly.

Warranties aren't worth the trouble, so dont bother. You'll spend more money shipping your pc to far off lands, just find someone around your house that will do it.

Its much cheaper to build it yourself.

I'd go with Wavy and build one yourself and as far as warranties go you would then in the unfortunate event only have shipping cost on a singular component. >The Golden Rule Is> 'He Who Holds The Gold Makes The Rules' :)
