cannot boot oxc000000f code possible corrupt registry

I was hoping someone could help me with an issue I am having.
I am running windows 7 64
While using my computer yesterday it shut down.when I tried to retart Windows Boot Manager came up and gave me a code oxc00000f. when trying to use repair I recieved this information Problem signature:

Also startup repair gave info root caue registry corrupt.

Any help would be appreciated,

Solely on the grounds of problem signature 5 I would try a reboot with ALL external devices disconnected. If it then boots try reconnecting them one at a time and rebooting. That will identify the problem device, assuming of course we are on the right track.

 

Thank You for the reply! I disconnected everything except the main drive and still got the same boot manager window and staus code. Where do I go from here?
I want to add , at the bottom of Windows boot manager it state INFO: The boot selection failed because a required device inaccessible
