   onecare keeps asking me to block or unblock databiz update checker. i did a google search and couldn't find any info. Thanks

   It sounds like something that is installed on your computer that is trying to access the internet to update.
   
   Have you done a file search? If not, you may want to search for any files with databiz in them and see where they are located.
