DDR ram errors posible to Fix? through s/w

Well i recon i have blown my PC3200 ram through overclocking as it was cheap Eilxir Ram.
I ran Memtest x86 and was coming up with LOADs of errors.
Can i just tell my system not to use those addresses through some kind of software, But i cant find anything on Google.

system works fine till those address are accessed and i get the BSOD and CRASH Reboot.
Any ideas?

Sorry but you have to buy new ram,they're no program that will do that
only for harddisk scan error...

PC3200 ram are pretty cheap to buy if you live in the U.S

 

Just seems pointless when it works perfectly ok till it starts accessing addresses above 750mb. then BSOD

Durrrr im such a dumbarse.

yeah 1gb ram cost about 65 quid in UK. not bad.

i have seen ram fixers but dont know how good they are...

You could try this, posted by Adrynalyne a few months ago regarding limiting the RAM size in WindowsXP.

So, just use a value smaller than 750MB and you might be ok.
