I've followed all steps in the READ & RUN ME FIRST post, and consequently it's
the Panda Scan report that I'd like help dealing with...

Panda turned up four instances of malware, but I'm not sure how to deal with them. I've searched around the the forums, but wasn't sure that anything I read was exactly what I should do- so I figured it was safe to ask. = ) Attached is the Panda scan report. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!
