Defragging Raid 5 Format

Any suggestions? Windows just cant cut it.

 

explain "can't cut it"..

 

The display is mostly red, when you try to run the Windows Defragger, it completes and the analysys is still mostly red and it suggests doing it again.
After too many tries to get these drives to defrag, I turn to you guys.
