deleted a file I didn't think i needed

In an attempt to clean up my pc I deleted neroburner and realized today that I do use this program (despite the 'rarely used' tag in add/remove programs). I do have system restore CD's but cannot find direction on how to recover just one program. Is this possible? What are my options?

 

If you are on XP, just go to start and "System recovery."
You will see "application and driver recovery"- Just scroll to Nero and install.
