Deleting a Large file in Outlook Out Box

How do I do this? I have hours invested to no avail(179 Megs).

 

Is this part of a exchange server setup, or stand alone desktop of Outlook, just using standard web pop & smtp servers? One way is to place Outlook in offline mode and wait about five minutes before deleting, the other is if this computer is running Windows 7 or Vista, type "outbox" in the search field of the start menu, or use store:mapi outboxas the search term.

 

"store:mapi outboxas" The search field didn't find this file.

Win7, Stand Alone Outlook.

the as at the end is why it did not find it. Try it again with out those two letters. store:mapi outbox
