dell dimension 1100/b110 sound problems

My son gave me a computer that he had reinstalled xp professional on.
I found that there were 2 yellow question marks showing at device manager.
I downloaded the chpset driver from intel (win2k_xp1417) and that fixed one of the problems but I still have no sound. The remaining question mark is the multimedia audio controller. I have not been able to locate it but I'm not sure what I'm looking for.

I did download and run Everest but did not know which report to attach.(all pages, system summary, etc)

I would really appreciate any suggestions. I'm several levels over my head, right now. I'm basically qualified only for pencil and paper.
