Hi I have a Dell Optiplex GX620 running Windows 7. Every time I turn it on it goes into a loop restarting by it's self when you go into start up repair it does fix it, but every time it is shut down the problem starts all over again.

Try running a chkdsk on your Win7 partition. Computer>right-click C: drive and select Properties>Tools>Error Checking>Check Now button>Tick both boxes and Start button. It will schedule for next reboot. When you reboot let it run and see if it starts without problems.

Also go into Disk Management (just type disk management in the Start/Search box) and see if you have a System Reserved partition (about 100mb). If the chkdsk on C: doesn't work maybe doing one on the System Reserved partition (if it exists) might be worth a try.
