Device Manager shows "Unknown"

So, Right after Network Adapters, and before Processors, I have an "Other Devices" listed and under that, with a yellow warning "!" icon is an entry for "Unknown device"

Isn't that special?

The General tab under Properties says the drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28), and reveals no other useful information other than under the Details tab where is displays "CONFIGFLAG_FAILEDINSTALL"

How can I find out what this is supposed to be, or, how do I delete the entry? White out?
