Dial up doesnt work..Please HELP!!!

Hi!, yesterday morning I was using my computer and WinPatrol alerted me about NewDotNet trying to install some file in my computer, so I rejected it, and I searched for it, remove NewDotNet from my computer and erased the dll file.... I disconected, wet to school, and when I got back I couldn't use the IE anymore!! I dont know if it is related to the erasing I did in the morning, but now the computer dials normaly and "get connected" but I cant open any page in IE or Mozila because it says Im not connected... what happened???... Please help me, I cant live without internet!

 

By the way, I use Windows XP, I dont quite remember what modem Im using, its a Motorola, dont know what else you may need
