Hi, I have a 320 watt psu that came with the case that i used to build my new computer. lately (about 3 months after i put it together) it has been acting funny. It has been restarting with IRQ errors(quick glance at blue screen of death) and memory errors. Its an award bios. When it does this and restarts, it gives me repeditive long peeps. beeeeep..... beeeeep.... beeep... beeeep.... and doesnt post. Screen doesnt show anything at all. if i wait like an hour, it turns on. My temps are all good. (system is at 30 C and cpu says 1 C right now using motherboard monitor)

Weak is right, I would replace that psu. Most things I have read indicate you need at least amps in the mid 20's on the 12v rail and 400w. Look on the Amd website for recomendations or look at my lower sig

I don't know of any for under $50.00 US.

Antec true 430w would be good but they are around $75.00 US

I have been buying from www.amamax.com for couple of years now and their PSU that are $25 and over have been pretty decent on AMD XP/64 systems that I have built, here are couple of the PSU that I would recommend under $50:
    Channel Well 420Watt $43

Diskmake Silver Titan series 500Watt $26

Last one is from another site:
    Demon 480Watt $30
