Differing IP Addresses

    I did a speed test in Verizon and it showed one IP adress and then said 'but Client says.......(another IP address)'.

    Should I be concerned?

    My computer tested at download of 3.3 Mbps and upload of .o1 Mbps.
    Obviously, incredibly slow, hence the testing.
    I ran Malware and no detected problems.
