Difficulty trying to install nero multimedia suite 10

Each time i try to install nero 10 , it does not get past the installation of the media hub files. It then says it can not continue with the installation. I have attached a report of my pc IBM 8305 PG1.
What can be the problem?

Try turning your antivirus/firewall protection off whilst trying to install nero, have you enough disc space and enough Ram ?? the report log does not show th eamount of ram that is installed or the size of drive.

Tried suggestion but still getting this message:
Error 1316A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file
C:\WINDOWS\Installer\Nero.Mediahub.msi

Any new suggestions?
