Direct IP to IP Video Connection.

    I have been using Skype for video conferencing so far, but I get irregular video quality. Even around 2am (when the load on the network is low) sometimes the quality is high, other times low.

    I was wondering if it is possible to get rid of the Skype server, and have a direct connection so that the quality will be much higher..
    Is this possible, and how do I set it up?
