   Unable to disable content advisor
   
   Windows ME
   AMD 1.3
   IE 5.5
   
   Going into the tools ... Internet Options and the content tab, I disable the content advisor - and it keeps coming back the next time I start IE.

   You could try to remove/rename the Content Advisor profile file ratings.pol (Usually found in Windows\System, and might be a hidden file) in case it has become faulty.
