disable photo print wizard

every time i go to print an image, i get this stupid photo print wizard, i mean dont they think maybe not every image is a photo, it messes up the images by cutting them off to fit, or stretching them out, i just want to disable it completely so it just prints

possible?

What do you use as your default printer?
Go to your printer program and set it as the default.

To Disable: Start - Run - regsvr32 /u shimgvw.dll

To Re-Enable: Start - Run - regsvr32 shimgvw.dll

 

i guess u could say that worked but now my image viewer is gone as well, i got no way to view/print the images at all, is there a simple image viewer out there that does no real editing, all these ones like irfanview and such, they do too much

all i really anted to do what disable the photo wizard not the viewer

 

These are the best free ones. From bells and whistles to just basic. They will work good for you.

EDIT: I use picassa2, it has all of the functions laid out pretty simple.
