Disabling Minimized grouped windows

When you minimize somthing in IE in XP and have more than say five webpages open and they all group together, can you disable that? I looked in folder option and internet option taskbar properties and I can't find the setting I'm probably just over looking it and need a fresh pair of eyes. Y is that enabled by defualt what a dumb feature Some things a better left unchanged......Windows 2000 for life!!!!!!!
