disk manager question

Hi,
Can someone tell me how to access disk manager in XP, I want to initialize a drive.

Control Panel...
Administrative Tasks...
Computer Services...

 

Also, Right click My Computer, then click Manage in the drop down box.

 

Click on Start and then Control Panel.
Click on the Performance and Maintenance link.
In the Performance and Maintenance window, click on the Administrative Tools link located under the or pick a Control Panel icon heading near the bottom of the window.
With Administrative Tools now open, double-click on Computer Management.
When Computer Management opens, click on Disk Management on the left.
In a few seconds, Disk Management will load on the right side of the Computer Management window.
