Do I have to run wmiprvse.exe or can I suspend or disable it?

It is Windows Management Instrumentation. It's getting greedy with CPU. I want some more breathing room.

One source suggests going to Windows services and disabling it. http://www.ehow.com/how_5161548_stop-wmiprvseexe.html

I would prefer to suspend it with Process Explorer when it acts up.

Start - Run cleanmgr - ok cleaning up your hdd
Start - Run %temp% - ok removing all data from the file
Start - Run prefetch - ok removing all data from the file

after that you can delete all from Recycle Bin , also you can download this
