   Earlier today my Internet stopped working for no apparent reason. The DSL light on my OpenReach fibre modem has gone off as well. I've tried turning both modem and router off and on again, no joy.
   Don't know what the problem is, but thought I cold try resetting the modem.
   If I do, am I likely to lose any settings/configuration on the modem?
