Do I need Windows Silverlight?

    I'm no geek but just need to know if I realy need Windows Silverlight....or is it just another silver bullet?

    Hi

    No you don't, but it will be required if you visit a website that is Windows Silverlight enabled, to allow you to use the pages, I gather this came as a non important update this month from MSFT... you can install it as its only a small app or not install it but you will be promted to do so on visiting a Sliverlight enabled page.


    It works similar to Flash and Java sites... just adds functionality and some cool tricks.
