   My spyware checker says theres spyware there, but it doesn't show the path before HKCU\Software\ etc.

   I doubt that you will find a HKCU folder. The entry that you gave refers to a Regristry key. Go to Start - Run - type regedit and that will carry into the registry editor. Be careful about what you delete.
