Does this fan make alot of noise?

I was thinking about getting the GIGABYTE 3D Rocket Cooler-Pro Fan for my cpu. I was wondering if this is going to make alot of noise?

 

OK when turned right up to max speed it is a destinct fan noise.
Mine is made worse by the server case with 5 case fans and a triple fan PSU unit.
All joking aside " Its not that bad by itself"
But I have tried loads of other CPU fans and this one has my temps on a AMD 64 athlon 3400+ down to 25oC to 28oC depending on room temp and a Cool 30oC to 32oC max on full steam.
I have never had temps this low before.
I even doubted them and installed a external monitoring system.
( it was a waste of money it shows the same as Bios and MBM5 ).

PS: I used the heatsink paste that came with the 3D rocket pro, not my Arctic silver.
