Does the above motherboard support 4 sticks of DDR RAM at the same time?

I only ask because it says:

Supported RAM Technology - DDR SDRAM, DDR II SDRAM

I don't want to get it and then find out that it either supports DDR "OR" DDR II & not 4 sticks of DDR at the same time.

If it DOESNT support 4 sticks of DDR at the same time I'll have to go with this motherboard instead (which I'm pretty sure DOES support all 4 sticks of DDR) - http://www.redstore.com/fx/prc_gen.php?genre=PC&cat=MOT&subcat=mot&subcat2=lga775 (the ASROCK mobo, 4th down the list)

Thank you very much, I guess I'm going to have to go with the 2nd Motherboard.

Seeing as I'll be using the 2nd mobo will it support this CPU? I'm pretty sure it does as it says that it can support Pentium 4 processors but it doesn't really say anything about supporting Pentium D processors (dual core).
